Nicholas's passion for construction began in childhood, inspired by seeing a framing crew build his family home in the Rocky Mountains. With nearly two decades of experience in commercial and industrial sectors, Nicholas found his true calling in residential construction. In 2020, he founded Twigg Transformations with his partner, Alycia, marking a significant milestone in his career and commitment to community-driven construction. As Nicholas works towards earning his BC Builders License in 2024, he remains dedicated to positively impacting local communities.

Alycia, a business professional specializing in operations and project management, has been optimizing business performance since 2009. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Management and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Alycia brings expertise from diverse industries, including construction, pharmacy, and tech. She currently serves as Director of Inclusivity and Diversity on the board of Tools to Empower, an organization committed to equipping individuals with Skilled Trades and STEM education initiatives, underscoring her commitment to fostering inclusive environments and promoting educational opportunities that bridge gaps in the workforce.

For over 15 years, Nick and Alycia have formed an exceptional partnership, blending their complementary skills to drive Twigg Transformations into a progressive construction company committed to diverging from the traditional contractor practices of previous generations. They differentiate themselves by prioritizing inclusivity and empathy, consistently surpassing client expectations through thoughtful planning, further distinguishing themselves in the industry.
